By using our services, you as the client agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern all interactions, communications, and use of our website and services, including virtual consultations. Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services.
2. Services Provided
PARENT with PURPOSE provides tailored consultations to help parents set goals and develop strategies for their families. Our services include:
● Virtual consultations via an online platform.
● Goal-setting sessions.
● Follow-up communication as agreed upon.
All services are designed to provide expert advice and guidance based on individual needs. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes as results depend on various factors, including individual implementation.
Please note: PARENT with PURPOSE does not provide diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical services. Our services are educational and consultative in nature and should not be considered a substitute for medical, psychological, or allied health interventions.
3. Booking and Payment
● Sessions must be booked through our website, our designated booking platform, or by contacting our staff.
● Our service is subscription based, consisting of monthly payments made in advance of services.
● Cancellations require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee or result in forfeiture of the session. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions unless due to extenuating circumstances.
4. Confidentiality
● All information shared during consultations will remain confidential.
● No details about your family will be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your explicit consent.
● We may use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement purposes, ensuring individual identities remain protected.
● We are obligated under Australian law to report any concerns regarding the safety and wellbeing of a child or vulnerable person to the relevant authorities.
5. Informed Consent
By engaging in services, you provide informed consent to participate in consultations and allow us to collect and use your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

● By participating in virtual sessions, you acknowledge and accept the inherent limitations of teleconsultation, including technical issues and the potential (albeit minimal) for data breaches despite our use of secure platforms.
8. Liability
● PARENT with PURPOSE provides advice and guidance based on the information you share.
● We are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the implementation of advice provided during consultations.
● Our services are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.
● If at any time it becomes clear that your needs are outside the scope of our services, we may recommend referral to a suitable professional or agency.
9. Complaints and Feedback

● Complaints regarding privacy may also be directed to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

13. Client Responsibilities
● Clients must provide accurate and honest information to enable effective consultations.
● Clients are responsible for implementing agreed strategies and follow-ups.
● Respectful communication is expected at all times. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour may result in termination of services without refund.
14. Intellectual Property
● All materials provided by PARENT with PURPOSE during consultations, including but not limited to templates, guides, and session notes, remain the intellectual property of PARENT with PURPOSE.
● Clients are granted a non-exclusive license to use these materials for personal, non-commercial purposes.
● Reproduction, distribution, or resale of materials is strictly prohibited.
15. Termination
● Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
● To terminate services, clients must notify us by emailing sarah@parentwithpurpose.com.au.
● 30 days’ notice period is required.
● Any fees due in this period will be payable, and any services will be delivered unless the client declines.
● We may terminate services at any time without notice. Refunds where required will be made on a daily pro-rata basis.
